Import the macOS DMG file by clicking on the Browse button. So that just leaves NTFS, which I initially couldn’t create on MacOS. Connect the USB drive that is to be booted and click on Burn. I tried formatting the USB exFAT instead of FAT32 format… The exFAT formatted USB won’t boot.
